Do I have to help with the decluttering?
Not really! Our process begins with compiling all your items and initial sorting through them. We will only need your help briefly to help decide what to keep, discard, and donate. Once we have your selections, our team will organise the items you choose to keep. You can relax while we handle the rest!
Do you guarantee that the full room/rooms will be done in the time booked?
No, we do not guarantee that an entire room or multiple rooms will be fully decluttered within the booked time. Our service is time-based, focusing on decluttering as much as possible within the hours reserved. The outcome depends on factors such as the volume of items, decision-making speed, and space constraints. If additional time is needed to meet your goals, we can discuss options for booking more hours or services.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit or debit cards. All payments are safely processed with Stripe. At checkout, you will have the option to choose your preferred payment method.
I feel overwhelmed and embarrassed about my mess or disorganisation.
We completely understand how you feel, and we want to assure you that we are non-judgemental. There’s nothing to worry about! Our team is here to help, and we genuinely love what we do. You can rest assured that you’re in good hands as we work together to create a more organised space for you.
Do you manage to get everything organised in one session?
That depends on how many areas you need to organise. To ensure your expectations are met, we recommend booking a free virtual consultation first. This will allow us to assess the scope of the work and provide you with a more accurate plan moving forward.
What is your refund policy and can I change my appointment?
Up to 48 hours before the service, we will refund you 50% of the service fee. Unfortunately, past this deadline, we are unable to issue a refund. However, you can change your appointment through our Customer Panel until 48 hours before the service. If you need further assistance after this timeframe, please contact our Customer Support team at 0333 335 6112.
Can I book multiple sessions at once?
Yes, you can! You can book multiple sessions during the initial booking process or later through the Customer Panel. Also your organiser will also be able to schedule more sessions with you on the day you’re able to help you. We’re here to make the process as convenient as possible for you!
